Manufacturing

We have some of the largest compression and injection moulding presses within Europe allowing us to mould single piece gaskets up to DN2400 inn materials ranging from EPDM & NBR to FKM. 

Production of these compounds takes place within our in-house rubber compounding facility which is supported by sophisticated laboratory facilities.

Other manufacturing facilities include several extrusion lines from which we manufacture over 4,000 profiles from simple O ring sections to the most complex shapes in a range of exotic materials.

Mould and die design is also performed in house where our product development team with over 200 years collective experience are on hand to propose and implement the most efficient manufacturing method for new products. In industries where speed to market is key, we actively encourage our customers to visit our facility to understand our ability to deliver quality and volume to demanding deadlines.

We house a number of pressure testing laboratories where testing to numerous international standards can be performed. This is what sets us apart from our competitors; we don't just sell seals, we provide engineered and proven sealing solutions.
