As part of our business strategy the Company is amalgamating its manufacturing site based in Ashford, Kent into its operation at Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. In addition and in line with this strategy we are now focusing on two of our core market areas, i.e. products for pipes and fittings and elastomeric products for the rail industry.

We are pleased to announce therefore the sale of our interests in the Tunnel Segment Gasket market to Trelleborg Bakker, a Dutch subsidiary of the Swedish parent company.

The changes will strengthen our Company which we believe will be good news not only for the Company and our employees but also for our customers.
